Dedicated Desks

A Dedicated Desk is your own permanent workstation at TOMS — always set up the way you left it, always waiting for you. If you want the reliability of a fixed base without the overheads of a private office, this is it.

Full Time — $550 + GST per month

Unlimited access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your desk, your space, always on.

Your own permanent desk in our dedicated desk workspace
24/7 fob access to the building • 8 hours of meeting room credits per month
15% discount on additional meeting room bookings
Printer access (charged per use)
Access to all community perks — events, fresh coffee, tea, fruit, soda water, Wi-Fi and more

Setup requirements:

6-month minimum commitment
Bond: equivalent to one month's fee
Security deposit: $50 per set (fob + key)
Public Liability Insurance up to $10 million

Dedicated Days

Want a permanent desk without the full-time commitment? Dedicated Days gives you your own fixed workstation on set days each week — the same desk, every time, ready and waiting.

This is the right option if you work to a consistent weekly schedule and want the security of knowing exactly where you'll be sitting. Your desk is yours on your chosen days — it's not shared with anyone else.
