You’re self-contained — but you’re not on your own. Every office member is part of the wider TOMS community, with access to shared spaces, meeting rooms, events, and the best coffee in Brunswick.

📋 Agreement termsAll offices are available on a 1-year fixed term licence. Month-to-month arrangements are available at approximately 10% above the fixed term rate — speak to us before signing if you’d like to discuss options.
💰 Breaking your licence earlyIf you need to leave before your fixed term ends, the remaining balance of your licence will need to be paid in full. We understand circumstances change — come and talk to us first.
🧹 End of licenceAt the end of your licence, your space must be left clean and tidy. Fobs and keys must be returned by the agreed date. Bond is refunded once all invoices are settled, fobs returned, and the space is in acceptable condition.
🪑 ChairsTOMS Place provides desks only — chairs are not included in any office or space. Members bring their own chairs or source them independently. We’re happy to point you toward good options if you need them.
