We’re looking for one lovely person to join the T.O.M.S Place community and take up a workspace in exchange for giving us a hand to keep our space operating smoothly.
We are looking for:
Someone who is friendly, flexible, proactive and organised to support our Community Manager behind the scenes. Ideally, this is a 6-month minimum commitment for a minimum of one shifts per week.
A ‘shift’ means that you will be on-site from 9am - 5 pm, during which time you will balance your own work with a few volunteer duties.

Duties include:
Each day that you are working from T.O.M.S Place, you will support in the following ways:
Opening & closing procedures
Supporting public meeting room bookings including; welcoming guests to space, providing access and ensuring guests leave on time.
Maintaining tidy spaces
Restocking supplies
It’s up to you to manage the timing of your duties and fit it into your work schedule.
Start of day:
Space whip around tidy up
Opening front door’
Check music is on
Unpack dishwasher/refresh kitchen (when required)
After lunch:
Tidy and straighten up the kitchen and dining area
Put on/empty dishwasher (when required)
Wipe kitchen counter
End of day tidy up:
Straighten furniture
Tidy our three meeting rooms
Close front door
Unpack dishwasher/refresh kitchen
Put compost in the compost bin
Ad hoc:
Updating the Community Manager of any urgent matters which arise during your shift
