You get a hot desk on arrival, access to all the TOMS community perks, and the freedom to show up on the days that actually suit you.
Flexi is a great fit if your schedule changes week to week, you split your time across multiple locations, or you're not ready for a full-time or set-days commitment — but you still want the focus, community and reliability of a proper workspace.
Dedicated Desk vs Flexi Desk — what's the difference?
Dedicated Desks (Full Time and Days) come with a fixed, permanent workstation that belongs to you — your setup, your spot, every time.
Flexi Desks work on day passes — you book in on the days you need, take a hot desk on arrival, and use your passes across the month however suits you. There's no permanent desk placement.

Setup requirements:
6-month minimum commitment
Bond: equivalent to one month's fee
Security deposit: $50 per set (fob + key)
Public Liability Insurance up to $10 million
