🔎 Google registrationPlanning to list this address on Google? That's absolutely something we can help with. We just ask that you commit to a 12-month fixed agreement rather than month-to-month — Google prefers business addresses to be stable, and it gives us the time to support you through setup properly.
📬 Mail storage feeMail held beyond 15 days incurs a charge of $0.20 + GST per item, per day. You'll be notified when mail arrives — collect promptly to avoid this.
📋 Ending your membershipYour month-to-month membership requires 30 days' notice to cancel, effective from the 1st of the following month. If you are on a 12-month fixed agreement and choose to leave before the term ends, the remaining balance must be paid in full. You'll need to update your address at ASIC, ATO, Google and anywhere else it appears.
