Dedicated Desks provide you with a permanent workstation within T.O.M.S Place community with 24/7 access, ideal for individuals and small teams.

Our permanent workstations are $550 + GST per month, with a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Membership details

  • Permanent desk - 1500 x 750 in our full time dedicated desk office space

  • Wall unit/shelf /lamp

  • 24/7h access

  • Access to all amenities, perks and shared space

  • Meeting room credits (8 credits = 8 hours of bookable meeting room time per month)

  • Printer services

  • Weekly fruit, tea, coffee and soda water (milks provided include dairy & oat)

  • Members discount; enjoy a 15% discount on additional meeting room bookings

Pricing:

  • Permanent Workstation: $550 + GST per month

  • Bond - equivalent to 1 months rent

  • Security fob deposit

Dedicated dAys - Part TIME

At TOMS Place, we understand that you might not want or need to be in the office 5 days a week, which is why we offer Dedicated Desks on dedicated days.

Membership Details:

  • Shared desk in an office space located in our vibrant Market Hall

  • Chair

  • Full day access on TOMS on dedicated days

  • Access to all amenities, perks and shared space

  • Meeting room credits (4-6 credits = 4 - 6 hours of bookable meeting room time per month)

  • Printer services

  • Members discount; enjoy a 15% discount on additional meeting room bookings

Pricing:

  • 2 Days per Week: $250 + GST per month

  • 3 Days per Week: $350 + GST per month

  • Bond - equivalent to 1 months rent

  • Security fob deposit

Commitment:

  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
